Tier II Process: Mite through U18
This is the process that has been issued by AAHA, our Hockey District. Please visit https://www.atlantic-district.org/ for more information on the Player Agreement Process.
Contracts will be sent out by email on June 11th. We ask for you to complete the online contract in a timely manner, including your tutition deposit of $250. By returning this contract by June 15th, you will be considered as part of the PAMHA membership and will be elidgible for evaluations, times and dates will be announced as soon as possible. As this is all new to us, we will do our best to work with you every step of the way.
Palmyra Black Knights contract content will remain similiar to last year, aside from tuition amount and extended payment dates, and the addition of a COVID-19 Financial Hardship statement. The District has set a financial hardship refund policy. If any family finds themselves in this situation, please feel free to contact us and we will be able to work things out with you.
COVID-19 Financial Hardship Statement:
All Clubs that issue Player Agreements prior to August 3, 2020 shall be required to include a COVID-19 Financial Hardship Refund Policy, which may be exercised by the participant/family through July 31, 2020. A hardship under this policy must be related to the COVID-19 pandemic, where a family’s financial condition changed after signing a Player Agreement, and on or prior to July 31, 2020. A participant/family exercising this option will not be permitted to roster with another club at the same tier level, or with a similarly ranked Non-National Bound and/or Non-Tiered Travel team for the 2020-2021 season.
All families need to sign the contract because:
1. PBK may not be able to host a team(s) at that the level you would be playing.
2. PBK has 1 week to report that we have enough players at any given level to the AAHA. It is very important to sign and return your contract and make your deposit or there may not be a team for you.
All players must be registered with the program no later than June 10th. To ease the burden of registration costs during this difficult time, we have reduced the fee to $50. Any player that has previously registered will be $20 credited to their season fees.
