Rule/Policy Adherence

As a member of the Palmyra Area Minor Hockey Association (PAMHA), I, the parent/guardian of this applicant, as well as the player applicant agree to abide by all rules and regulations of PAMHA and its association partners (Delaware Valley Hockey League, Eastern Junior Elite Prospects League, Atlantic Affiliate of USA Hockey, and USA Hockey) and all contracted PAMHA vendors and partners.
